Dear BlueEar:

My spouse and I living in the same house but seem to be living in separate spaces and struggle often in our communication with each other. What should we do?

Often times marriage/relationships go thru many changes and we look at the other as being at fault. Communications becomes the defence mechanism especially when our communications to our self is not the best. I would suggest to both parties involve is to have conversations with self by journaling and observe yourself within the shared space and experience the change together. Create a sacred space where both are allowed to grow,  explore their inner communications….BlueEar
