Fruit Favorites: My Top 5

List your top 5 favorite fruits.

When I think of my top 5 fruits, there are so many to choose from when you are residing in the southern region of the United States of America. My favorite fruit is the watermelon with seeds. I eat my watermelon cut in squares seasoned with a little salt. It’s best eaten if cooled in the refrigerator. Another great fruit is the strawberry, which is showed on this cake. Strawberries can easily be grown in your garden and is great blended as a smoothie. I love a good mango, muscadines, and Jack Fruit.

Gratitude of Expressions

Love

How do you express your gratitude?

These past few years I was on this mission of gratitude in taking an assignment to deliver grocers to families. Every delivery I set the intention to bring all of myself into every interaction with others with kindness and gratitude. Even when others may have viewed my service as not perfect, I stilled extended gratitude to myself for knowing my heart and why I had accepted this position. When the world was force to stay home, I still stayed the course with my deliveries and witness how massive fear was within our environment and how gratitude for life and love became our grace.

Much gratitude to you all for being.

Mood Ring

Mood Ring

What’s the oldest thing you own that you still use daily?

Things in our life change from to new to old often if it’s possible to keep up with time. One of the oldest thing that I still used when I want to travel back to memories of my creativity is my mood ring from the early seventies. When I moved out of my parents home I left it and my mother began to wear it. She thought it was magical. She worn it whenever she and my brother would go to the casinos in Milwaukee. Before she passed, I was able to get the ring back. I wear it often when I am feeling a little magical with life. 🤗

Magnolia Blossoms

Describe one simple thing you do that brings joy to your life.

One of the simple things that bring me joy is the Magnolia. I capture this blossom while shopping at our local farmer’s market. There was no conscious thought of looking for this beautiful flower. It was the consciousness of the tree energy that searched out for my attention and gifted me with its amazing essence of joy.🤗

Silence

Water and Nature

How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?

BlueEar

Often I am force to unplug due to the nature of personal inner work that I have accepted as my life purpose. I am often called to my garden, a park, or the ocean where I am allowed to released and regained balance. I often sit in silence which was difficult at first. And the key to unplugging, I get to discover how amazing, gifted, compassionate and loving I am.

Values Within A Friend

What quality do you value most in a friend?

The quality that I value most in a friend is loyalty. Often we chose our friends/relationships on where we are energetically and do not understand our own inner work. Unconsciously we are searching outward for someone to provide what is missing which can become a great friendship when the two people are clear on their personal development and commented to the loyalty of doing their own inner work, while enjoying a great friendship. Being loyal to the friendship within first magnifies loyalty from others🥰

Journaling

When did you start journaling?

London,England

BlueEar:

My interest in journaling began at the age of 9.  My family had moved and I no longer had the physical connections to all of my  friends. As a child friends were important for me in sharing and coming together. Our separation created a loneliness for me.

I began to read my parents magazines that came thru the mail and recognized there were magazines for children and I began reading them. In one of the magazines in the advertising section, I saw an ad of becoming a pen pal. While shopping with my mother at our local store I saw a diary with a lock and key. I asked my mother if I could have one and it became my first book of journeling my hurts, pain, and joys as a child while writing and receiving letters from others.
