Communication, Truth, Facing Fears…..

This energy center is fully activated when all lines of communication are clear. The key to moving forward is honest and courage.

This energy shows up for me in communication with myself, my family with whom I share living space, and community communication. It began early this dawning waking up and listen to my body. How are you feeling heart, legs, teeth, liver, spleen, hands, feet intestines, bladder, kidneys, and tongue and then waiting for a response of any sensations? Then I greeted my husband, Russell, how are you feeling this dawning? Then we shifted our attention outside within our garden where the sun cast its full light as the wind moved thru the oak tree branches, while the mourning dove makes its sound. We were aware of nature’s communication and capture every moment as we were in the presence of the now, in harmony with all.

As I moved forward in my day, facing many life challenges. I recalled, that moment this dawning, where all communications were aligned and working perfectly in harmony.
